EXCHANGES AND RETURNS.
If you would like to exchange or return (for store credit) an item purchased on www.EndlessbyMG.com, please contact us DIRECTLY (otherwise we wouldn’t be able to help you with your order) by sending us an email to: sales@endlessbymg.com to request a return authorization. Do not contact third parties for this process. This will be accepted only within 14 days of the delivery date. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval.
Orders may be returned for store credit only. We are unable to offer refunds. All orders from our SALE collection are FINAL SALE. All orders placed using a promotional code are FINAL SALE. The merchandise must be in its original condition with the original packaging. Items that have been worn are not eligible for exchange. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We reserve the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our policy agreement or are returned without written approval. If your returned item does not meet the above requirements, your merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense.
Exchanges must be sent via USPS. We recommend insuring your shipment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Be sure to package exchanges in their original packaging. Items damaged from improper packaging will not be accepted. Once your package has been received, your store credit will be processed within 5 business days.

DAMAGED/INCORRECT ITEMS.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect (design/reference), you must notify us via email within three (3) business days of receiving the merchandise. We’ll email you a shipping label to return the merchandise. Once you receive the label, please return damaged items with the original box and packaging. A replacement will be sent, if available, upon receipt. Items damaged due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted. All goods must be unworn in order for exchange or refund.
